WE COME TO YOU

At OPG we understand the complex schedule of the professional athlete.

That’s why our system was designed to remote, catering to the athletes needs at your site or in our professional training facility.

Don’t worry about your schedule, OPG arranges your training around you.

Athletic Stability Management ™

(ASM)

Athletic Stability Management™ (ASM) is a method using pelvic core exercises targeted to maximize athletes' performance and ensure longevity in the sport.

The Elements of ASM™

PREVENTION

Using the ASM™ method of comprehensive analysis and assessment we identify the root cause and develop a specific approach to correct the issues through movement, structure and body alignment.

PERFORMANCE

By identifying and removing the blocks that slow or stall the recovery process, ASM empowers the athlete to rise above past performance goals. Returning from injury stronger, more balanced and confident than ever before.

PERMANENCE

Our approach helps the player extend his career by reducing his chance of injury, recovering quicker if he is injured, thus extending his earning potential.

REFINING CHAMPIONS

ASM™ insures structural integrity and efficient performance of movement, promoting a deeper connection of the brain to the physical body.

ASM™ differs significantly from the procedures generally employed in teaching athletic fitness. Precise personal evaluation of training for strain which can lead to premature debilitation.

Pilates

Pilates improves flexibility, builds strength and develops control and endurance in the entire body.

With emphasis on alignment, breathing, developing a strong core, and improving coordination and balance, Pilates is not just a workout for women who don’t want to risk building bulk through weight lifting. It’s a physical fitness system originally designed to rehab soldiers injured in World War II. Pilates builds flexibility, muscle strength, and endurance in the legs, abdominals, arms, hips, and back. It goes beyond the Bigger, Stronger, Faster approach used to train most athletes. Pilates focuses on efficiency of movement, which in turn reduces the chance of injury.

OPG uses Pilates machines “like utensils” to rehab the athletes. The Pilates machines afford us the ability to create a very customized workout specific to each individual athlete’s needs.
